Nestled under live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss, The Old Pineapple Inn historic bed and breakfast is housed in the William H. Gleason House as listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in the heart of the Eau Gallie Art District in Melbourne FL, this three-story air-conditioned Victorian home remained in the Gleason Family from its initial construction in 1886, until 1995. The structure and grounds have recently undergone an extensive renovation.

Passing the original fountain area, a brick walkway will lead you from Pineapple Avenue to an expansive verandah dotted with antique wicker and a porch swing. Cool breezes wafting up from the Indian River provide a comfortable setting year round.

The main floor offers a nostalgic, warm parlor accentuated with turn-of-the-century antiques, including a 1928 Welte-Mignon baby grand player piano and a romantic marble fireplace.
